In CLPR#3277, we're about to document the environment variables that Pacemaker sets for OCF resource agents.

It would be nice to also document the variables that Pacemaker sets for alert agents, and the variables that Pacemaker sets for all agents (for example, PCMK_service, which the fence agents library currently uses).

This should be easy and fairly quick, even if a bit tedious for alerts. However, there are other priorities at the moment.
