Change Details

Running `crm_resource --refresh --resource $RSC` while a recurring monitor for $RSC is in progress can result in the monitor being cancelled, terminated early, and failed. Ideally we should be able to ignore recurring monitor failures due to cancellation if we know the cluster initiated the cancellation.
