The reproducer is to disable fencing, use gdb to make a breakpoint before the controller on a non-DC node queries for a DC, and kill and respawn the controller. An election loop results after the integration and finalization timeouts are hit.
Hopefully there is a way to nack (and maybe fence?) the node and avoid the finalization timeout and election loop.
