Description

The Bundle Walk-Through on the ClusterLabs wiki currently uses the RHEL UBI for the base image. The HA repo was removed from the UBI, so the build host would need a RHEL subscription, and subscription-related files would need to be copied into the container.

To keep the walk-through simple, we should switch to a different base image, such as AlmaLinux or CentOS Stream 9.
