This is still used by the ocf:heartbeat:conntrackd agent via crm_master (see resource-agents issue#1077), and this would be an incompatible behavioral change, so we have to do this at a major or minor series bump after resource-agents is updated and we no longer support platforms that ship an older resource-agents in stock packages.

The option should also be dropped from the crm_master, crm_standby, and crm_failcount wrappers.
