If a user's ACLs prevent crm_mon from reading information, status output will currently be misleading. For example, if ACLs deny read access to dc-uuid in the cib element, status output will show DC: NONE. Ideally, we would be able to display something like ACLs prevent viewing this information or Information may be incomplete due to ACLs.
