Should dependents' other "this with" colocations affect placement? Currently they do not because pcmk__primitive_assign() -> pcmk__add_dependent_scores() -> add_colocated_node_scores() will check dependents' "with this" colocations but not its "this with" colocations (probably impractical to do without assignment loops, although the group case might be doable by including all member colocations in group's).
