Description

  1. Create dummy resource with op_sleep longer than op monitor interval, so it fails.
  2. Create a location constraint on that resource.
  3. Wait until resource fails and then disable it.
  4. Delete the resource.
  5. crm_resource --wait -T 1 will time out instead of succeed.
