knet: Fix node status display

Currently if there is a gap in the links (eg link0 is missing)
corosync-cfgtool -s will still display the links as 0,1,2,3...
even if they are 1,2,5,6...

Also display the KNET transport type with the link in
corosync-cfgtool -s & -n
