[debug] add onwire-v1-extra-debug build option
this option is strictly for debugging of onwire v1 protocol.
IT BREAKS ONWIRE COMPATIBILITY! DO NOT ENABLE JUST TO ADD FEATURES.
It will eventually fold into v2 protocol by default.
