Make a huge mess of the CRM (aka. start to rewrite the join protocol)
This doesnt do anything useful by a long shot but it might keep lmb busy :)
Includes:

• some major cleanups to the FSA matrix and message handling
• removal of all time based update checks in the CIB

Next steps:

• make sure everything is hooked up
• write the ack/nack generation and parsing
• write the generation counter comparison and make sure the data is available
• track the highest generation and where it came from
• allow the DC to request the CIB from a slave node
• document the new design
• make it work
