Doc: shared/pacemaker-intro: give DocBook a hint about table width

This prevents complaints like these:

Unknown width format will be ignored: 33.3333*
Unknown width format will be ignored: 66.6667*

The chosen width specification reflects what's conventionally used
with other tables.
