Codedoc: fix misleading default timeout for lrmd_send_command

Incorrect since the point that default got declared (4963384b3),
as such a fallback within lib/common/ipc.c:crm_ipc_send used to
be resolved to 5s (i.e. not 1s) timeout by then (198206a7c).
