Cleanup

• remove code that is no longer required
• avoid use of the action enum, this will allow new actions to be supported more easily (such as "notify" for the incarnations and custom recurring actions if we ever want to support that)
• create and use macros for common actions and ordering constraints
• actions are uniquly identified by their name and interval, use this key when creating and searching for actions
• removed some irrelevant info from pseudo actions
