Low: Shell: update and simplify regression tests

• set check-frequency/mode options
• set default-action-timeout to 60s
• replace stonith:null with stonith:ssh
• use valid meta attributes
• set good timeouts
• drop the lsb resource agent, crm can't produce metadata for lsb without lrmd anyway
• don't start/stop lrmd
• no need to autoconf regression.sh anymore
