CRM: Cleanups and speedups in XML utilities
Use the, on average, faster version of crm_str_eq that requires string case

to match (where possible)

Streamline the logic in subtract_xml_object() and dump_data_element()
Dont include spaces in output of dump_xml_unformatted() which was the point of the function
