Fix: libcrmcommon,libcrmcluster,liblrmd: recognize daemons under new names

The Pacemaker daemon names have changed, but the identifier used in
cluster messages must stay the same in order for rolling upgrades to work.

The name change commits had attempted to maintain the identifiers but missed
some usages.
