Feature: libcrmcommon: Bump feature set to 3.20.5

This feature set bump is mostly for the benefit of pcs.

• The stop-orphan-resources option has been renamed to stop-removed-resources (commit 37b87dca) and then deprecated (commit 3a48851a).
• The stop-orphan-actions option has been renamed to cancel-removed-actions (commit 4dd03bf1) and then deprecated (commit f2edcd1c).
• The stonith-enabled option has been renamed to fencing-enabled (commit 9b3de240).
• The stonith-action option has been renamed to fencing-action (commit 0a564f23).
• The stonith-max-attempts option has been renamed to fencing-max-attempts (commit 120188ca).
• The stonith-timeout option has been renamed to fencing-timeout (commit 3fa918a2).
• The stonith-watchdog-timeout option has been renamed to fencing-watchdog-timeout (commit d7cc9b45).
• The fence-reaction option has been renamed to fencing-reaction (commit 9acaa97c).
• Some log messages were changed to use "fencing" instead of "STONITH" and were consolidated (commit 87a527e9). pcs checks for these specific messages, and changing these log messages broke certain pcs tests.
