High: Tools: hb2openais: add EVMS2 CSM processing (and other changes) (bnc#548093)

Major:

• don't create LVM for evmsSCC any more
• add call to csm-converter
• replace all references to /dev/evms/.*/lvm2/<vg>/<lv> by /dev/<vg>/<lv>
• print warning for all other /dev/evms/* (EVMS volumes only) because we still don't know what to do about them
• create LVM resources for all CSM containers and appropriate constraints for related resources

Minor:

• -U option didn't work
• move tune_ocfs2() after the CIB processing
• set no-quorum-policy to "ignore" only if it hasn't been previously defined in the CIB
• fixed node set ids procedure (would get confused by node attributes)
• fix setting property attribute id
• print more information

• update README accordingly
