Doc: books: Use CRM_DAEMON_USER where possible

Variable substitutions don't work within code-block directives without
custom extensions. parsed-literal directives are a decent alternative
but they change the formatting/highlighting. So for now the code blocks
don't use CRM_DAEMON_USER.
