Test: cts-cli: Update output for write permission in access_render

I find it strange that tony is able to see the ACLs in the output, since
he's denied any permissions on <acls>. I changed "tony" to "reid" (my
username), and the output is identical except for the name change... so
it's not about which user is running the test.
