TEngine 2.0

• The standalone tests run but thats about it, dont try and run this (Thats

what the ALPHA2 tag is for :)... there is a known crash bug.

• PEngine now generates a 2.0 transition graph
• PEngine constraints have now been "finalized"
• TEngine test is now much more like the real thing (receives its own

and continues notifications)

• Misc XML debug output changes
• Misc constant renaming for clarity
• Create dump_xml_UNformatted() for use when sending message (HA complains

otherwise)s
