Test: cts: Update tests for node maintenance crm_mon flag

Previously, the "(maintenance)" display flag was not shown if node
maintenance caused a resource's pe_rsc_maintenance flag to be set. That
issue was fixed in a previous commit, and here we update the tests
accordingly.
