Build: makefiles: clean dist tarball in Makefile.am not GNUmakefile

It can be created via "make export" (only if GNUmakefile is present) or
"make dist" (whether or not GNUmakefile is present). This ensures it
gets cleaned in a "make distcheck" (which runs in a VPATH build where
GNUmakefile is not present).
