Fix: ignore SIGPIPE with gnutls is in use

SIGPIPE causes pacemaker_remote and any other pacemaker
related component that uses GNUTLS to exit unexpectedly.
According to the GNUTLS server examples provided with the
GNUTSL source packages, SIGPIPE should be ignored.
