ocf-distro: improve RHEL based distro detection

AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, and Rocky Linux are now detected as RHEL based
distributions. Enables usage of additional RHEL specific options for the
nfsserver resource agent as defined in nfsserver-redhat.sh.
