Medium: apache: remove unnecessary and imperfect checks from validate_all (bnc#827927)

The validate_all test fails with the status URL set to
https://... However, better not to pretend that we can match all
valid URLs---that is anyway going to be reported by httpd in
resource probe.

Further, tests for the port and config file are redundant.
