Low: ocf-shellfuncs: add RA instance name to ocf_log/debug
Logging with ocf_log/debug creates messages such as:
Filesystem[2354]: ...
After this change it is:
Filesystem(myfs)[2354]: ...
This makes it easier to follow resource events.
