lxc: kill LXC_BCP parameter

Simply require "config" to be an absolute configuration path and do
not assume some silly convention where the config files may be
located. When needing to "cd" into some directory previously expressed
in terms of LXC_BCP, simply cd into the directory holding the config
file.
