Change Details

These are still used by the ocf:heartbeat:galera and ocf:heartbeat:rabbitmq-cluster agents (see [[https://github.com/ClusterLabs/resource-agents/issues/1077 | resource-agents PR#1077]]), and this would be an incompatible change in behavior, so this has to be done at a minor or major series bump after the resource agents are updated and we no longer support building on any platforms that ship the older agents in stock packages.
