The resource-agents package's crm_mon_no_validate function in ocf-shellfuncs uses validate-with="none" (see resource-agents issue#1955), so this has to be done at a major or minor series bump after resource-agents is updated and we no longer support platforms that ship an older resource-agents in stock packages.
