Refactor: libcrmcommon: rename attrd.h to attrd_internal.h

Given that attrd.h was not documented in the public API (it did not have a
\file doxygen block), and that it was not included by any public headers,
this renames it to attrd_internal.h to reflect the judgment that it is a
purely internal API.
