Test: cts-scheduler: update all inputs to avoid deprecated role syntax

This updates the last references to the <master> tag, the master-max and
masters options, and the Master and Slave roles, to their current equivalents.

Expected graph output for tests with promotable clones has to be updated
because CRM_meta_role changes.
