Test: scheduler: update expected outputs for all regression tests

This is the result of "./cts/cts-scheduler --update", which in this case is
only updating whitespace in the expected test outputs and dot graphs. This
has no effect on the regression tests (which ignore whitespace), but will help
when doing manual comparisons of output.
