XML: resources-3.0.rng: omit "isolation*" resource meta_attributes

Should have been part of a43d9a076, in accordance with it and in the
same fashion as with instance_attributes previously (c03b0c4234,
c56bbb388a), only consider "primitive" and "template" contexts.
