Log: fencer: prefer "fencing" to "stonith"

This is a direction we've been moving in since 2.0.0, so take care of a bunch
of remaining instances. In addition to simple consistency to avoid confusion,
the original idea was that "stonith" implies power fencing whereas "fencing"
covers fabric fencing as well.
