Test: scheduler: update regression tests for recent changes

• bundle-replicas-change: the change from 1 replica to multiple changed the resource to a clone, so the previous monitor is now orphaned. With the recent bug fix, the orphaned monitor is now correctly detected as recurring, and so is ordered after the resource start.

• coloc-negative-group: a recurring monitor for an unmanaged resource is now correctly scheduled for cancellation.

• notifs-for-unrunnable and order-expired-failure: inputs were recently updated so a cancellation of a 60s monitor is no longer needed.
