Doc: Clusters From Scratch: don't show how to clone an IP address

The iptables clusterip functionality that cloning an IPaddr2 resource relies on
is deprecated and will be removed in a future Linux kernel version. In addition,
it is an unusual setup that requires special network switch support, and most
users will never need it.
