Feature: schemas: Add host= to crm_attribute schema.

Also, note that the name and attribute are now marked as required.

The attrd_updater schema is the same as the crm_attribute schema aside
from potentially listing multiple attributes at once. They can use the
same schema in the hopes that this will help keep them identical.
