Test: travis: update package requirements

Drop unnecessary installs of libltdl3-dev net-tools zlib1g-dev, and replace
deprecated libcorosync-dev package with the individual library packages.

This takes us a step closer to being able to move to Travis-CI's
containerized infrastructure.
