Doc: openstack.md: remove file

The contents of this file have been moved to the ClusterLabs wiki:

https://wiki.clusterlabs.org/wiki/Running_CTS_lab_on_OpenStack_hosts

It is not of general user interest, and it's not being kept up to date.
The wiki will be a better place to have it available and searchable for
research purposes.
