Test: cts-scheduler: update test outputs for colocation change

Now that children's starts are also blocked, the reason given is now more
useful for a couple of bundle tests. (The starts were already blocked due to
bundles using pe_order_runnable_left when ordering the bundle start before each
container's start, but previously it would give the bundle start as the reason
for the container being blocked.)
