Log: scheduler: improve messages about orphaned resources

An orphaned resource or node is a valid configuration change, not a mistake, so
don't log it as one. Also, refer to them as "removed" since "orphaned" is
unintuitive. (I didn't bother changing debug and trace logs for now.)
