Log: all: be more consistent about capitalizing Corosync and Pacemaker

Unfortunately logs that use name_for_cluster_type() still lowercase "corosync"
but that function requires it for other purposes.

"pacemaker" and "pacemaker_remote" are still lowercase when referring to
systemd units.
