Test: cts: Update the crm_mon.xml file.

This is the result of running "crm_simulate -x cts/cli/crm_mon.xml -SX"
to update the file, which adds information about the guests and
httpd-bundle as an active resource. I don't know why I hadn't done this
before. I don't think there's a good reason.
