Test: cts-scheduler: update expected scores for instance sorting change

Now that anti-colocations aren't preferred, instances are assigned in a
different order in a few tests, resulting in different scores.

I didn't trace how the change resulted in these particular scores but it's
reassuring that no behavior changes.
