Test: cts-scheduler: update regression tests for group colocation change

The behavior for primitive-with-group-with-clone and
primitive-with-group-with-promoted is now correct. Now that the primitive's
location scores are properly considered, a clone instance is assigned to a
different node.

Scores changed slightly for two other tests, promoted-partially-demoted-group and
group-dependents. Those were incorrectly counting certain group colocation
scores twice.
