Test: cts-fencing: use temporary file for auto-generated corosync configuration's logfile

Compared to the previously hardcoded location in %CRM_LOG_DIR%, this requires
no special permissions and supports multiple simultaneous runs of the
regression tests (both of which are good for CI). Those limitations exist
elsewhere in the code, but this is a step towards reducing them.
