Log: tools: make crm_resource messages tool-agnostic

Avoid mentioning specific options in crm_resource output (e.g. use
"the master option" instead of "--master"), so the messages make more sense
when the output is passed along by a higher-level tool. This might make some
of the messages slightly less helpful for low-level tool users, but it is
expected that most users are using higher-level tools, and low-level tool users
are likely more advanced and can figure it out easily.

Also, use singular or plural where appropriate.
