Fix: tools: Reword unclear comments in crm_mon_print.c

Now that there's a mon_show_options bit, comments that refer to any
mon_show_* bit should be changed to make it clear what they're talking
about. At the same time, reword mon_op_options and pe_print_options
just in case those appear as individual bits in the future.
